Egense Strand Camping is situated at the corner of the Limfjord and the gentle Kattegat Sea. Some 6000 years ago the stoneage sea covered the area so the landscape is flat and very nice for walking and bike riding.
Sandy and shallow beach, very nice yacht harbour and wide dykes along the Kattegat Sea and the Limfjord, where you can follow the ships heading for Aalborg, the 4th largest city in Denmark.
500 m north of Egense Strand Camping you can go by the cosy ferry (5 minutes) to Hals, a beautiful little town with lots of restaurants and tourist shops.
